This is to evaluate the state of all hearts in the world, spiritually speaking. It is about finding out, what we feel, by measure of some close observations, regarding how individuals, peoples and nations, are responding to doing the will of God, as in pursuing the consistency of Christ. It is, by no means, a kind of scientific determination of our being in a state of grace. Rather, it is only to show us, by inspired reasoning, as to direct our hearts to the truth of God and His commandments, where the world is headed, and what we must do in our own lives to redeem it .For we can, certainly, do something – no matter how little. And, just so, we can start by expressing, in truth, how we feel we all stand in the world, today, based on the following criteria:
